SMT: Nocturne

Is this a good game?  After playing dds1 and 2 I am curious of SMT.  Any more rpgs that are like dds?

If you're expecting DDS, you'll probably be disappointed.  Nocturne isn't quite as story driven as DDS, but in my opinion, there's alot more gameplay, and alot more to do. No to mention a metric buttload of replayability. (recruiting and fusing demons = fun).

It's most definitely a good game, even if it not as story driven like the other. But I feel it make up for this in the way it's aresents itself -- there nothing else like it out there. The gameplay is much more addicting, because yes, the fusing demons is a joy.

Imagine DDS - story + Pokemon-collecting with demons

I had fun playing it, but I'm not so much a fan of collect-until-it-gets-boring gameplay. Athmosphere is great, but story (after the first 2 hours) is pretty much non-existent...

Great game. Almost unrivalled by its unique game process and dark atmosphere, well thats true for all smte games to me. So do give it a chance, but beware it is more dificult than the DDS, and requires more time to finish. About 60 hours for me so it is approximately as long as a whole dds saga. Also i think it has a good plot though not a very fast pacing one, and it is kinda vague and unexplained. Ok i think u got my opinion already )
